How do I make a database?

I recently purchased Data Bridge, and I find all the tutorials helpful but there is one big thing missing. How do I create my actual mySQL database? I have my local MAMP server up and running. I have my Test Server setup in Dreamweaver, I can use phpMyAdmin to make a database, create a user and assign permissions.... but after that I have no idea what to do.

My Goal with Data Bridge is to start using it for 2 main functions.

1. Dynamic Drop Down
2. Form Builder

Any guidance on what I am supposed to do vs. what the extensions will be doing for me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

to create the database, you need to use phpMyADmin or another GUI tool to first create the database, then the tables inside the database.

you can find many resources for this through Google. this is the first result i found doing a search for:
make a database in phpMyADMIN

Does anyone have a sample DB for use with the Dynamic Dropdown tutorial?

There is not a pre built sample database. Go to WebAssist -> Help -> Dynamic Drop Downs

go to the Preparing to use Dynamic Dropdowns -> Database Structure tab for details.
