Manage Relational Table with file fields problem

Hi, I used Manage relational table to insert and update pictures, the page has check box and a file field. The file field enables when you check the checkbox to avoid inserting blanks into the database it works fine when you insert the information into the database, but when I have to update, since there is no file selected in file field that has data in the database, if I press the submit button the name of the picture is erased from the database. If I un check the checkbox, the column will be erased from the database as it should.

My question is how to avoid to erase the name of the picture from the database if I don't select a new picture and the checkbox is checked?

File upload is not compatible with multiple insert / update or the manage relational table behavior.

using manage relational table, or multiple insert / update, the form element names become dynamically created, the file upload behavior will not work in this instance because it does not support dynamically naming the element name.

it will take hand coding to make this work, we can help set this up through a premiere support appointment:
