This seams to be a bug when adding a dynamic value to a static select list, i have logged it in our system to be corrected in the next update.
you can manually add the code to the list options using the following format:
<option value="option value" <?php if (!(strcmp("option value", ($recordsetName->getColumnVal("Column Name"))))) {echo "selected=\"selected\"";} ?>>option label</option>
the keys are the option value
value="option value"
and the 2 arguments for the string comp function
This is the first time I am using the MySQLi Server Behavior. Is the above format all I need, or is there a script or file I need to save to the server?
The above format is how you can add the dynamic select attribute at this time.
Has this issue been resolved as yet? I'm guessing not.
yes, this has been fixed in MySQLi 1.0.3.
It was added as a hot fix so if you already 1.0.3 installed, uninstall it from the extension manager, then install it again to install the fix.
