Remove validation without re-entering the wizard

Hi
I have setup a form at http://www.patrickjefferson.com/new/email.php which I have manually patted around to get it looking as my client wanted.
For some reason the Message and Phone fields are set to require data filling in, I 'm sure I untucked required when I worked through the wizard, but they do require filling in and now my client says he wants to have these be able to be left blank if needed.

How can I remove this requirement without re-entering the wizard and loosing all my manual formatting?

delete these 2 lines:

$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateRQ((isset($_POST["message"])?$_POST["message"]:"") . "",false,4);
$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateRQ((isset($_POST["phone"])?$_POST["phone"]:"") . "",false,5);

Hi
I've deleted the two lines but now when I look at the page the validation balloon things are there all the time.

clear the browsers cache, and completely restart it.

server validation state is saved to a session, you need to end the session.
