Ecart Confirm.php is not pulling the merchant ID info from the file gateways.php.

This results in a failure to connect to the processor because the credentials are not present in confirm.php. I have "hard wired" the account info into confirm.php and the transaction successfully connects, confirming this behavior. Can you help me connect the gateway file into confirm.php such that the variables $WA_Authorize_Net_API_Credentials_Login_ID and $WA_Authorize_Net_API_Credentials_Transaction_Key are populated from the gateway file? We need to be able to use the full functionality of the test mode in order to finalize our cart. The build was completed with the wizard.
