Hi Jason, thanks for the new thread. It'll come in handy. One thing I'd like to be added would be what you are currently working on now and possibly what's on deck afterwards. A cherry on top would be an ETA (ballpark is fine). May be a way to direct a lot of FAQ's.

We usually send out email with that information and announce it on our face book page.

I started the update announcement thread because a few people where not happy that upgrade announcement where not sent by email, I Started the thread so that those that wanted an email announcement could subscribe to the thread to receive an email when updates are released.

The marketing department handles sending out emails with road map information.
