mysql server fail to connect. unidentified error..

Hi,
I have a domain www.in-one.dk i use as testsite. Domin host is www.one.com. When i try to establish a mysql connection i get an error.
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem between Adobe Dreamweaver and webhost one.com?
See attachment i have tried. All data are correct. Everything works under localhost.

This is a problem with the settings for the testing server in the site definition.

double check that you have the correct Web URL entered for the testing server, and if needed the Root Directory to connect to the sites HTML root
