Cannot create "Repeat Region" with DW CS5 and WebAssist

In Bindings - Drop down (+) menu gives "mySQLi Recordset (Query)" which is not the same as shown in your tutorial which shows it in submenu "WebAssist". However, have created query using "mySQLi Recordset (Query)" and added binding to the page. According to tutorial I should use "WebAssist" submenu to create "mySQLi Repeat Region" however "WebAssist" only gives "Cookie". Obviously this will also cause problems for Paging and User Authentication.

Sorry if this is a repeat question or I have missed the obvious.

Sorry but I am in UK and do not have Skype.

Skype is free to sign up for, we use skype for international communications, I need to do a screen sharing session with you to troubleshoot, so will need skype or another way to text chat with you in realtime
