Hi There,

I am getting this error when sending a email form:

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

the problem is that you have create a separate page for the form with univeral email on it and you are using include() to add that code to another page in the body.

this causes a problem becausecode that is supposed to be above the doctype of the page is now inside the body of the page.

Basically, the code that is performing the redirect:
header("Location: ".$GoToPage);

must come before any HTML on the page, but by using include to add the form inside another pages body, it is now inside the HTML which causes the headers already sent error.

instead of using includes, you can create a full page, that includes the doctype, html, head, title and body tags, add the form and universal email to that page, then use framework builder to add that page to another as a plugin.

Jason,

I understand what you're saying but please take a look at this one, same issue!

http://paoloresteghini.co.uk/book-appraisal

Email comes through however but I get this:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/jordansh/public_html/book-appraisal.php:1) in /home/jordansh/public_html/book-appraisal.php on line 86

Line 86:
header("Location: ".$GoToPage);

I am not able to access the site with the ftp credentials you provided, but see this thread for details on troubleshooting the headers already sent error:

I would need FTP access to be sure, but since the output causing the error is at line 1:
output started at /home/jordansh/public_html/book-appraisal.php:1

that suggests that the BOM Signature is enabled on the file. see the thread i linked to previously:
http://www.webassist.com/forums/posts.php?id=19285

and the last section:

  2) The Unicode Signature (BOM) PHP bug. the forth screen shot shows the Title / Encoding category of the Page Properties screen (Modify - > Page Properties). Checking the Include Signature (BOM) option can cause the headers already sent error
