Captcha fail

I had a form set up through Premier Support for comments on a website blog. When the captcha is type incorrectly they are sent to the top of the page and the comment is deleted. So there are two issues, the first is that the comment is deleted (can I prevent this from happening). The second issue is that they are sent to the top of the page so they don't know that the captcha was entered incorrectly.

Can you help with this?

use the validated entries binding for the comments form elements as the initial value.

There isn't a way to scroll to the captcha element on failed, but you can use the validation show if to add an error message near the top of the page.

Great thanks,

Not sure how to use the "show if". do I create a recordset?

no, use the validation show if behavior under WebAsssist -> Forms -> Validations -> validation show if
