Steve

Order By ColName DESC

Does not seem to work in the new MySQLi behaviour. Any further details?

It should work fine, I have not had a problem with using ORDER By in the MySQLi extension.

I was able to get it to work by creating a new page and starting the query very simply, one step at a time and then it worked... But it's still odd tha tif you go back to edit, the query window sets Limit 1 without being prompted to do so.

I'll add a screen shot.

One screen shot shows how it was when submitted and the other shows what is present on reopening the query.

It's for efficiency. A recordset should only return as many rows as you are going to use on the page.

by default, you would only use 1 record on the page until a repeat region is added.

The repeat region will change the number of records being returned and change the limit statement.
