the session name is set to orderID

$WA_sessionName = "orderID";

your trying to write it to the page using a different name:
<?php echo ((isset($_SESSION["fallfest_OrderID"]))?$_SESSION["fallfest_OrderID"]:"") ?>

change that to use the correct session name:
<?php echo ((isset($_SESSION["orderID"]))?$_SESSION["orderID"]:"") ?>
