databridge wafv_server.htm issue

Created registration account using DB lateted update 1.2.0

With either regsitration.pghp or userupdate.php open and on selecting the WA Server Validations server behavior, a Dreamweaver alert appears; as per (public) screenshot.

text included for search purposes here.

While executing onLoad in WAFV_Server.htm, the following javascript error(s) ocurred:

In file "WAFV_Server":
initializeUI is not defined.

This error is preventing me from continue to develop site.

Any ideas please?

Found this workaround worked for me (as opposed to creating a new DW config file)

1. Close DW and uninstall DB extension
2. With DW still closed, reinstall DB extension
3. On completion of DB install, open DW
