Receiving MySQL Error#:1064 when I build a query using the "contains" filter

I'm having problem with my webassist server behavior 1.02 in Dreamweaver CS6. When I create a search form and I use the "contains" filter, I receive this error when I run a test: "MySQL Error#: 1064 'You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near%"-1% at line 1.

However, when I use the any of the other operands, the test functions properly. I'm not sure what is causing the problem.

I attached 2 screenshots of the error.

Can you help me with this issue?

Jason ByrnesWebAssist

on the advanced recordset screen, change the where clause to:

WHERE IPAddress LIKE colname

edit the colname variable and set the type to Contains

Looks like this is a bug when using the simple recordset interface to create a contains query, i will log this in our system.
