1) move the following code from line 21 - 22 to line 1:

<?php require_once("webassist/form_validations/wavt_scripts_php.php"); ?>
<?php require_once("webassist/form_validations/wavt_validatedform_php.php"); ?>

2) The forms action is set to post to another page:

<form class="Incite14_ContactForm" id="ContactForm_Incite14_ContactForm" name="ContactForm_Incite14_ContactForm" method="post" action="contactadded.php">

action="contactadded.php"

rule 1 when working with forms:
all form processing must occur on the action page.

set the form action to post to itself, then in the insert, set the redirect to go to the contactadded page after the isnert is done.

Got it -- thanks.

Is there anything that can be done to address wizards placing php code in the proper sequence? This has happened to me a number of times, where dependent files are included after the code that depends on them.

We would need to be able to reproduce the problem in order to fix it.

I have tried to find the steps that would reproduce having the code placed in the wrong order, but have not been able to. If we could identify the circumstances that the problem occurs in, we could find and fix the problem, but without being able to reproduce, it is very difficult to fix. I'll keep my eye out and if I can identify the steps to reproduce, i will log a bug.

If I set it again I'll try to record the process for you. . .
