WA_RunCommand.js fetal error

[bug] WA_RunCommand.js fatal error

when I select
WebAssist -> PayPal -> Bill Me Later Banner
it will appear this error

That error suggests the WebAssist installer did not run after installing free tools.

Close Dreamweaver, then open the Extension manager. Uninstall Free Tools, then reinstall it.

When you open Dreamweaver again, the WebAssist Installer should run to complete the installation. If it does not run, open a PHP page tpo force it to start.

after the WebAssist installer completes, restart Dreamweaver.

still the same situation
I reinstall and install it in DW CC OR CC 2014

by the way
I check many times
the "WA_RunCommand.js" is not exist on my computer indeed

attached is a copy if the WA_RunCommand.js file

locate the users configuration folder:
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Common-installation-issues

then browse to Shared/WebAssist/eCart and paste the attached file in that folder.

hi Jason
I know where my problem is
I have never bought or install any webassist's eCart extension
so the WA_RunCommand.js is not exist that of course a right behavior
