Please help - Just bought the (Super Suite)

Hello,

I just bought WebAssist last night and Iv always was interested in all the extensions since the company came out. At one point I tried it in a friends house like 4 years ago and loved it! so yes I got the company I work for to get it for me so it can make my life and job more easy.

But today when I installed it and tried Security Assist - Create security pages it gave me this error:

"The documents current encoding can not correctly save all of the
characters within the document. You may want to change to UTF-8
or an encoding that supports the special characters in the document."

I tried changing toUTF-8 and about 4 others and still the same message.

Can someone please help me? It must be something simple? No?'

Can anyone please help me with this? I know its the holidays here in USA but if you have the time to answer my question I will appreciate it.

There must be some characters on the page that are not a part of the UTF8 or other character sets you trying to use for the page.

Try removing any foreign characters from the page before saving it.

To change the pages character set, go to Modify -> Page properties. then go to the Title / Encoding tab.

Thanks for the reply. The page is currently set to Unicode (UTF-8) and it keeps on doing it. This is not good because I'm dying to give webassist a go and start making my life simpler but this problem Im facing is not allowing me to do anything, Im going to give one more shot today if not to hell with it Id rather hand code then face these little problems that I waist time on. Im still in within the 15-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE just incase this does not work out like its not doing its thing

Anyways on the WebAssist extensions page 15-DAY MONEY BACK GAURANTEE it is spelled wrong (GAURANTEE) its GUARANTEE.
