Sounds like a problem with the extension manager.

try uninstalling the Extension manager from the Adobe CC Application manager, then reinstall it.

Hi Jason

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Once installed I open a page called test.php which seems to trigger the software download from your server.
Then it just hangs for a while ( this time I left it for 10 mins ) and then it comes up with the error shown on page 2 of the attached pdf " ERROR Could not find extension on server - please try later "

Following this - Dreamweaver just hangs until I close the dialog box. This is a brand new clean Build of Windows 8 - and everything is running perfectly ( Good speed as well on Broadband )

This seems to be doing the same thing on Design Extender. I downloaded both from your server immediately before installing - no problems with Internet connection - yet it cannot seem to complete the download from your server

Please advise

Thanks

John

Do you have a fire wall in place that is blocking access to the download server? Windows has a built in fire wall, maybe try disabling that firewall while the WebAssist installer runs.

Also if you have an anti virus package that includes real time scanning like MacAffee, turn the real time file scanning off while the install completes.

Still no luck

Hi Jason

I use ESET for Antivirus. Have just disabled this and turned off Windows Firewall - and tried again

Exactly the same problem and error - extension not available on server

This is the brand new CC2014 from Adobe - is this OK with your extensions ?

Or can you send me the extensions in Full .exe format so I can load them locally on my PC ?

Just an idea

Please advise

Regards

John
