CafeCommerce Billing and saved CC

CafeCommerce Billing and saved CC

I am hosting a CafeCommerce site on my Dreamhost account. My client that runs the CafeCommerce site entered her credit card information in the backend of CafeCommerce > Settings > Account > Billing. However, now Dreamhost is invoicing me to pay the balance due instead of CafeCommerce automatically charging the card associated with the initial payment. Also, there is no credit card shown in Settings > Account > Billing. It just says "The card listed below will be charged monthly for your CafeCommerce store" but there is no card and the invoice emails are coming to the Dreamhost admin email instead of the CafeCommerce admin email.

I would like the CafeCommerce account automatically charged monthly with the card saved and leave Dreamhost out of it. Is this possible?

All Billing is done through Dreamhost, you will need to contact Dreamhost support for this.
