Unable to edit data base

I have a client site that I created and populated the data base directly through dreamweaver. I can see the listing in the admin panel and when logged in I can see the edits in the live view but either way I am unable access the database pages and update them. I am able access everything else in the admin panel. Just cannot update or create the pages. I did try updating the ckeditor. That didn't help.

The Error console is showing that the following files are not found on the server:

js/lighter/Fuel.js
js/lighter/Fuel_php.js
js/lighter/Lighter.js
js/pages.js

make sure to upload all files to the server, including the js folder.
