Very strange mysqli error

Very strange mysqli error

Hi.
I create a really simple mysqli query

SELECT weights.weight_id FROM weights

When I preview on local wamp server it displays the results
When I upload to production server it displays "Error in SQL syntax"

The strange thing is that my connection is on the live server. I mean both local wamp file and production server file are both reading from the database that is already on the live server.

Any ideas why might this happening?

Thank you in advance

Same issue here.

me too, did you get to the bottom of this error? very strange, works fine local but dies remote.

UPDATE !! thinking that perhaps an update would fix this issue I updated to MySQLi102.zxp from 1.00 now Im getting this error

"colname is an invalid variable name; it does not appear in the SQL" when trying to set a filter in the reordset dialogue box

UPDATE II does this plugin rely on the Deprecated_ServerBehaviorsPanel_Support.zxp plugin?

Yes, you do need to have the deprecated server behaviors extension.

If you created the recordset initially with MySQLi v1.0.0, after uninstalling it the installing the MySQLi 1.0.2 extension, delete the recordset and the webassist/mysqli directory from your site and recreate the recordset.
