Image upload problem

I am running PHP on an IIS windows server. Im having some problems uploading images. I can upload the images to the server and the right folder fine. However the images do not show in either the preview or text editor.

how have you set the $Config['UserFilesPath'] and $Config['UserFilesAbsolutePath'] variables in the WA_iRite\editor\filemanager\connectors\php\config.php file?

if the preview is not working, these have not been set correctly.

What is the address for the image in the preview window?
