post site sculptor local server question

When i got to my local server after running a test template site through site sculptor for the PowerCMS admin i get an error that takes over my screen and the flash files and images are not seeming to connect after the php adjustments.

Could you help me understand why this is happening and how to fix.

Will attach what i am talking about

Thank You Sir
