I am having issues with the redirect from Universal Email.

It is taking forever to redirect and sometimes times out. I am attaching my relevant files. Thank you.

Looks to be just taking a little while to communicate with the SMTP server.

you would need to work with the host to determine why the smtp server is slow to respond.

some things that may be worth looking into:

-You are using a dynamic value for the from Address. to using a valid email for your domain as the from address. if you click the from button to access Advanced From settings, you can use the dynamic value for the replay to option.

- in the SMTP server settings, you have left the server address and port blank. double check with the host to see if it would be better to specify the server and port address.

- in the SMTP server settings, try checking the option to pass the from address as an extra parameter.

I have asked the host to supply me with the server settings. I'm not sure I understand what you're suggesting here:

-You are using a dynamic value for the from Address. to using a valid email for your domain as the from address. if you click the from button to access Advanced From settings, you can use the dynamic value for the replay to option.

What should I put in the reply to field? Thanks.

use the dynamic biding for the email form element as the reply to value, use a static email for the from address
