After update getting Error and lost Server Behaviours

Just updated eCart, Data Bridge and Data assist to the lastest versions today for DW CC on a Mac Pro 2013 (Late) running OS 10.9.3

Uninstalled the prior Extensions first and then after install deleted the .DAT file.

See screen shots for initial error and then no longer do Server Behaviours show. set a new Recordset as a test and still nothing showing..

Known bug?

On further review the test Recordset did not get created though did not error on creation either. So the issue is even worse than not just seeing the Server Behaviours. I still have some Security Authentication in place on the page and this no longer shows in the Behaviours panel.

After installing the extensions to the extension manager, make sure that the WebAssist installer opens to finish the installation.

you may need to open a php page to open the WA installer if it does not launch automatically.

The error on start up is probably because a WA floater was enabled in the workspace, and would probably be fixed by letting the WA installer complete the installation.

It looks like you tried using the server behaivors before the WebAssist installer completed.

Uninstall the extensions from the extension manager, then reinstall them.

The install Procedure in DW CC is this:

1) make sure the Deprecated server behaviors extension is installed. if not install them:
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Server-behaviors-for-Dreamweaver-Creative-Cloud

then start and close DW

2) install the Web Assist Extensions

3) Open DW, this should launch the WebAssist installer. if not, open a PHP page to force it to launch.

4) after the WebAssist installer completes, restart DW.

Jason, yes, on DW restart and opening a page the WebAssist installer opened and started deleting old extensions. Once complete it asked that I restart which I did. After that point was when the errors were revealed.

"started deleting old extensions"

it needs to run to install the new ones.

uninstall, then reinstall again to have the Wa Installer _Install_ the new extensions.

I've uninstalled all three extensions and restarted DW. This time there was not the Automated webAssist Manager start up... I still get the initial error but nothing else even after opening a PHP page. If I go to Server Behaviors and select Add then WebAssist / DataAssist / delete or insert they all pop out a greyed out <no behaviours> panel.

So the install is not complete but yet there is no automation going on. IS there a file I can delete to restart the install process?

to clarify, I uninstalled and then reinstalled all three of the latest extensions.

No, there is not a file to delete

close DW,
uninstall Data Bridge, then install it again. then open DW, it should start the WA Installer.
