show region rule

I added a subscribe/unsubscribe function to my site.
The pages work in adding emails to my database, but I don't get the successful unsubscribe region when I do an unsubscribe.

I highlighted the text, show region in server behavior, applied rule, described as "unsubscribed"
Is that what you are looking for?
Thanks

How is the unsubscribed rule defined?

In the access rules manager, what are the settings for the unsubscribed rule?
