Hi, I purchased all the packages in December and can not download Data Bridge, Extender, or the eCart. I have both Adobe CC and Adobe CS6 on my machine. When i try to download any of your packages for Dreamweaver CC, it will not download and just states "The extension can not be installed. It requires Dreamweaver version 9 or greater." When I try to download for Adobe CS6, it will download but then when I launch Dreamweaver, the package won't install. I want to utilize Dreamweaver CC so any help is appreciated on how to get this to work properly. Thanks.

When you click the download link, you may be prompted to Open the file or Save it. make sure to select the option to save it to your computer.

after the download completes, open the extension manager, in the extension manager, click the install link and browse to the file that you downloaded to start the installation.

I did as instructed and it still won't install the extension. It still states that I need Dreamweaver version 9 or later.

What version of the extension manager are you opening?


in the extension manager, go to the about link to see the version.


NOTE: for DW CC, the extension manager is a separate installation, it does not automatically install. In the Adobe Application manager, you need to select to install the CC Extension manager.

I have both Extension Managers for CS6 and CC. For the CC version, it is version 7.0.0.347
