Logging out in SecurityAssist only partially logs me out, I can still access the secure page even tough I see session are cleared.

Hi all, not sure what's wrong. I have used the SecurityAssist wizard (not my first time with it). I have a login page, a logout page and a secure page. Login works, logout seems to work but I can still access the secure page when I'm supposed to be sent back to the login page. I have not checked the auto login or remember boxes (even though they are there in the login page).
I have created 1 rule and 1 group manager. If I change the name of the rule on the secure page to any other non existent rule name, then it does take me to the login page. Maybe something wrong with the rule name?.
Let me know what you need me to do in order for you to take a look. It's a sensitive site I'm working on, won't be able to post links to login pages for public access, can only grant access to tech support if needed, sorry to the general public. Thanks much.

send a copy of the login page, the logout page, the restricted page and the webassist/security_assist/helpergrouprules.php page so I can examine the code.

There you go Jason, thanks for stepping in.
I have done one more test with fresh new pages and seems the group rule is not working (when set to criteria in group), only if I set it to = value seems to at least redirect me. Please let me know, thanks much.

your groups contain an empty value:

case "Staff":
$group = array("5","");
break;
case "STAFF ONLY GROUP":
$group = array("5","");
break;

edit each of the groups and try to select under the 5 to select the empty value, use the trash can icon to delete the empty values from the groups.
