Dreamweaver CS4 crashing after installinf Form Builder

I just purchased the Form Builder and after I installed the extension and set up my first form Dreamweaver crashed on me. I reopened it and it continued to crash every time I attempted to do anything including changing sites or connecting to the server. I deleted the form files and reset the site up I was working on to no avail. Finally I uninstalled the extension and everything is working fine. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm running a macbook 2.4 ghz/ core 2 duo processor and osx 10.5.8 along with DW CS4.

Any help would be appreciated.

You and I have basically the same setup, so I can confirm that CSS Form Builder works.

What you may want to try - as this is what I have done when new extensions have caused problems - is to delete the MacFileCache file.

It is located in (username)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CS4/en_US/Configuration/

It will look like this: MacFileCache-A58CCE96.dat (of course the letters and numbers are arbitrary based on the system. I would delete the file and then restart Dreamweaver CS4 with the new extension installed.
