Too many activations?

Too many activations?

I have reset my activations and am still receiving an error saying too many activations when installing Super Suite extensions. I have only successfully installed on one computer for work and am trying to install on my home computer and i receive a message that i have 2 computers active, which I don't have 2 active. Any help appreciated.

If you send the mac address for your active network card and the serial numbers you are trying to activate in a private message, I can generate the license files for you to activate manually.

On windows, To find out the MAC address:?
1) Go to the Start Menu -> Run. Type "cmd" and click on OK to bring up a command prompt.?
2) At the command prompt type "ipconfig /all > c:\\ipconfig.txt"?This will create a file in your C drive called ipconfig.txt. This file will have the MAC address in it.

On Mac:
1) Open System Preferances
2) Go To Network
3) in the list of connections, select the active one, and click the advanced button
4) Go to the Ethernet tab and note the Ethernet ID
