captcha graphic not showing on live site

On my local Test site the captcha graphics show up. On my live site, they do not. Any Ideas? Do I need to copy some files from my local site to the live site other than what dreamweaver transfers?

most likely the GD or True Type libraries are not enabled on the live server.

double check with your host that the DG and true Type libraries are enabled.

Checked phpinfo on the server and both are enabled. strange same code locally and on the live site.

I'll keep digging, thanx for the quick response Jason.

Close but no Ceeeegar.

That fixed the not running bit, the captcha is visible now. However, I can enter anything in the field, and the form is submitted to my sql table.
I also have this same problem with the password fields, no matter what is entered, the form is submitted.

I am Sure it's just me being crosseyed, and is probably something simple I overlooked.

Note: in the future attach the original php file rather pasting the page code.

couple of problems I see on this page:

1) Multiple instances of the server validation server behavior.

There should only be one instance of the server validation server behavior, all of the validations for the form should be defined in that one instance.

2) the captcha validation uses required, not Like Entry

3) there is no like entry validation for the email address elements

see the form toolkit getting started guide for details on setting up the captcha validation using the like entry validation type:
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Getting-Started-with-Form-Toolkit

same concept is used for confirming the emails.
