Confirmation email not being received eCart 6

Hi,

We're working on a site that uses the eCart basket to place sample orders via email.
Everything works functionality-wise in terms of the basket, but when confirming the order no email ever arrives. Also, the checkout success page appears, but it doesn't pick up the image of the product ordered (though it does pick up the product name).

I've attached a zip file containing both the checkout.php page and the checkout_success.php page. Any help is appreciated.

We looked at this in a connect meeting, the problem was that the Store details behavior was set to redirect to the success page and this direct happened before the email could be sent.
