Auto checkbox required all field

I create new field with uncheck Required box and save as preset. I found Required box has check all and try to uncheck but not work. How to fixed this error.

I remove extension and WebAssist folder in appdata and cache too before new install.

On the first screen of the form builder wizard, click the edit button in the Bind Field values section to turn required on or off.

please check on video. Form builder not remember checkbox.
