How to insert PDF file and iFrame in the HTML Editor?

Does the HTML Editor allow the user to insert PDF file?

I read from the Help doc that the editor supports iFrame. However, I can't find the iFrame icon on the editor. Where do I find it?

When adding a link, you can select to link to upload and link to a pdf.

There is no t a toolbar for adding an frame to the editor, can you point to the documentation you refer to? perhaps i can clarify if I know what documentation you are looking at that mentions iframes.

I learned about the iFrame from the CK Editor User Guide (see the attached screenshot.)

On the PDF, do you mean to say that I can only link to a PDF file instead of uploading a PDF file?

If you have the file manager enabaled, the link tool will have the option to browse the server and an option to upload new PDFs

I'm not sure what I am supposed to be seeing in the screen shot?

I tried setting the HTML Editor's preset to "File Manager" but I can't find the file browsing and upload button in the menu.
If I enable "Advanced Manager (Custom)" instead, would the option to browse and upload PDF files be available?

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.
