I have another problem, the client is saying there is no information being passed through to paypal after the customer buys an item, so say they buy a shoe lace, selected size, and complete the checkout, the client is not getting what is ordered only the transaction value, as a result they have to phone the customer to ask what they have ordered, How can I resolve this so it tell the client exactly what they have ordered, IE; 1 brown shoe lace 140cm

All the information is showing in the cart just not paypal

Edit the code that passes the information to paypal and concatenate the option column to the name.

What paypal system are you using?

on the confirm page, i changed:

$WA_PP_ECO_Do_itemized[0][$nextIndex] = "Name" . strval($cartIndex+1) . "";
$WA_PP_ECO_Do_itemized[1][$nextIndex] = "".$InsoleCart->DisplayInfo("Name") ."";

to:
$WA_PP_ECO_Do_itemized[0][$nextIndex] = "Name" . strval($cartIndex+1) . "";
$WA_PP_ECO_Do_itemized[1][$nextIndex] = "".$InsoleCart->DisplayInfo("Name") ." ".$InsoleCart->DisplayInfo("Size")."";
