Unexpected Error 18 activation problem

Hello Jason

Could you please fix the issue with activation for me. I'm using Dreamweaver CC and OSX 10.9.2. I had installed the updated version of DesignExtender, and when it asked me to input the serial number, the dialogue box stated that I had too many activations. This has never happened to me before, and I have been using the product for several years. So I reset the activations on the WebAssist site in my account, and restarted Dreamweaver.. Then I got an unexpected error 18. I'm attaching a screen shot that has my Serial number in it, and the error report.
This unfortunately comes at a time when I needed to get some CSS menus ( From Design Extender ) already in place, edited. A client wanted them done today. I will have to hand code or use another extension to get it done in the meantime.

I'll look forward to your solution, and possible explanation of this issue. Is it a know bug by any chance?

Thanks,
Doug

Not sure of the cause of the error, but if you send you mac address, I can generate the license file to activate Design Extender for you.

On windows, To find out the MAC address:?
1) Go to the Start Menu -> Run. Type "cmd" and click on OK to bring up a command prompt.?
2) At the command prompt type "ipconfig /all > c:\\ipconfig.txt"?This will create a file in your C drive called ipconfig.txt. This file will have the MAC address in it.

On Mac:
1) Open System Preferances
2) Go To Network
3) in the list of connections, select the active one, and click the advanced button
4) Go to the Ethernet tab and note the Ethernet ID
