The datepicker does not function

I have added the datepicker to the following page: http://clover3.com.au/account/order.php

However, when I load the page, the datepicker does not function...

you have conflicting versions of jquery on the page.

the date picker adds these lines for jquery:

<link type="text/css" href="../webassist/datepicker/order_datepicker_1/jquery-ui.css" rel="stylesheet" />
<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js"></script>

further down you add it again:
<script src="../js/jquery.min.js"></script>

only one instance of jquery can be added to the page

Thanks Jason.

I removed the second instance. However, problem persists.

you removed the jquery-ui.min.js line

<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1/jquery-ui.min.js"></script>

this code:
<link type="text/css" href="../webassist/datepicker/order_datepicker_1/jquery-ui.css" rel="stylesheet" />
<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js"></script>

should be:
<link type="text/css" href="../webassist/datepicker/order_datepicker_1/jquery-ui.css" rel="stylesheet" />
<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1/jquery-ui.min.js"></script>
