Password lost....How to retrieve??

Hi

I have a client that is unable to log into powercms with the username and password that I originally set up for them. (the log in page just refreshes if you try to log in)
They have assured me that they havn't changed the log in details but I think they may have and forgotten.

Is there some way to retrieve the username and password.

site address is - http://www.backpacknoosa.com.au/powercms/admin_cms/users_login.php

Is it the super admin login?

to retrieve the super admin login, you need to use a mySQL GUI tool to access the database, and look in the wa_settings table.

if it is a regular admin login, you can use the super admin to login to the CMS system and manage the users, find the admin account they are using and reset the password for them.
