activating new account with my existing dreamhost domain

having same problems as others with Dreamhost domain not being able to register

You should be able to use a subdomain when activating Cafe Commerce, make sure you have the sub=domain registered in your Dreamhost control panel before trying to register it with cafe commerce.

The error that the domain is already taken happens if the domain already has a DNS to another IP address, also in the Dreamhost control panel, you should be able to release the domain to allow cafe commerce to use it. If you need help with the Dreamhost control panel, contact Dreamhost support, they will be able to help with the control panel settings.

What is your cafe commerce address?

I can have the trial period extended and the password reset for you.

Please reset my admin login

When I try and login to the admin site it says this store has expired – it expired the very first day I opened it.

Then it says to Sign in to your Café Commerce Manager and activate your account to get back up and running.
But my login and password is no longer valid.
