OLEDB.4.0 - updating database config file for Godaddy

I'm way out of my depth moving an ASP site to Godaddy (I'm not even sure I've titled this question propertly). What is called the "Connection.asp" file in a folder called "/Connections" (what looks like the configuration file to connect to the mdb file). The database is located at /data/db.mdb. I'll post the current connection script below, and if anyone is familiar with connecting to Godaddy, please help! :) Again, I'm a Wordpress designer out of his depth!

<%
cst = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;" & _
"Data Source=" & Server.MapPath("C:\websites\conyette\data\db.mdb")

set conn = CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
conn.open cst
%>

Thanks!

you say:
"The database is located at /data/db.mdb"

this does not look like a vlid windows path. you will ned to contact GoDady for the valid file system path to the db file and use in the map path section of the DB connection

Server.MapPath("C:\websites\conyette\data\db.mdb")

Sorry, I wasn't sure what I should and shouldn't post - but I wasn't very clear was I?

The new hosting path provided by Godaddy is: D:\Hosting\11464035\HTML

The directory of the db file is /data/db.mdb

Thanks!

you need to contact go daddy to determine what the full path to the /data/db.mdb folder should be.

from what you have provided, it would seam to be:

D:\Hosting\11464035\HTML\data\db.mdb

but i cannot say for certain, godaddy would be able to give you a more accurate answer.

NOTE: we do not support ASP.

Thanks! I saw older ASP threads, so that's why I posted.

I don't support ASP either - that's the original problem :)

Thanks again.
