Form not submitting

I have an application form that is working great. I created another form as a weekly report for my managers using the same PEAR Mail using SMTP settings and I'm not seeing that the form is being sent to my email account. Everything else works fine and it redirects to the correct page. I'm not really sure what I did wrong.

to help troubleshoot, add the following code in the body of the thankyoumanagerupdate.php page:

<?php @session_start(); var_dump($_SESSION); ?>

this will write the session contents to the page including the status of sending the email.

This is what I'm getting

array(19) { ["Last_CAPTCHA"]=> int(1394475950) ["captcha_Security_Code_1"]=> string(5) "N5c23" ["WAVT_managerweeklyupdate_355_Errors"]=> string(0) "" ["waue_managerweeklyupdate_1_Status"]=> string(7) "Failure" ["waue_managerweeklyupdate_1_Index"]=> int(1) ["waue_managerweeklyupdate_1_From"]=> string(0) "" ["waue_managerweeklyupdate_1_To"]=> string(18) "sisocare@gmail.com" ["waue_managerweeklyupdate_1_Subject"]=> string(26) "SISO Manager Weekly Update" ["waue_managerweeklyupdate_1_Body"]=> string(26861) "

there must be more to it after the body?

view source of the page and send the source code in a text doc.

I am not able to test your form, it is not clear what is the minimum required.

I sent you everything it printed. It looks to me like there is an issue with the SMTP setting for the gmail server, but it's the same settings I used for our employee application and it works fine.

I don't understand what you'd like me to send.

view the source of the page when it is showing the session output.

copy the page source and past it to a text file and send the text file.

the from address is blank:
["waue_managerweeklyupdate_1_From"]=>\
string(0) ""\

the status of the emails shows the error from gmail:

["waue_managerweeklyupdate_1_Log"]=>\
string(212) "Sending To: sisocare@gmail.com... 10004 - Failed to set sender: @localhost [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 555, response: 5.5.2 Syntax error. nx12sm38539041pab.6 - gsmtp)] - Failure

the from address needs to be your gmail address.
