Cannot Run eCart6 Checkout Wizard

Just recently installed eCart6. I am using Dreamweaver CS4. I have added an "Add to Cart" button to one of my php pages. I have also created a cart.php page as well. I have setup an sql connection to my cart.php page successfully. When I attempt to use the Checkout Wizard, it displays an message that I need to "..insert an eCart Display at least once in this site before using the wizard."

I have reviewed a threat which suggested to recreate the Dreamweaver user-configuration folder and reinstall eCart6. I did that. However, it did not resolve the problem. I also removed the Dreamweaver FileCache, but that did not resolve the problem. I am now officially stumped. Please help.
