Progress bar makes my form not submit

I added a progress bar to an existing very basic form, and now the form won't submit. The form worked fine before, and works if I remove the progress bar. I have UE applied to the form.

I removed the progress bar to keep a live, working form. Do you need a link to the form when it's not working - if so, I can recreate it? Otherwise, the working form without the progress bar is http://leosfriends.com/contactUs.php

I need a link where i can see the problem form in order to troubleshoot it.

try changing the name and ID of the submit button to something other than "submit"

if there are behaviors on the page set top trigger on the submit button being pressed, you will need to edit those to change the trigger.

I changed the name and ID and then selected that button as the trigger and that seems to have fixed the hangup. THANKS for the fast responses!
