Help to remove error

Now whenever I open any file other than the cart and checkout pages in cc I get the following error:
The following page could not be found:
file:///C/xampp/htdocs/bootstrapelvis/checkout.php
It will not be added to your bindings.

It doesn't seem to effect any thing but is very annoying. How can I correct this?

reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

I tried what you said and it didn't work. The error only occurs when the bindings panel is open. I removed depreciated panels extension and reinstalled and still doesn't work. I then removed and reinstalled ecart and still getting same error. I then reinstalled cc and depreciated panels extension and quit getting error. I then reinstalled ecart and now I'm getting the error again when bindings panel is open. Any suggestions?

use the File Explorer to browse to your site root and delete the _notes folder.
