Error message regarding file permissions

I have moved a website that uses Powergallery, after moving domain and website to new hosting account I installed Powergallery (all looked ok during install) and have started to recreate the galleries that the website previously used.

When trying to view a gallery I see this error message:

A file permissions error has occurred. Please check the permissions on the script and the directory it is in and try again.

Any help appreciated, Thanks

set the permissions on the Power gallery directory and all files and folders under it to 755.

using File Zilla i set the Permissions on the powergallery folder to 755, and had it recurse through all files and folders under it to correct the error.
