Printing an Order Receipt / Packing Slip

For some reason, every now and then I will not get the receipt email when an order is placed (I do have my address set up to "receipt email CC"). I would like to know why I don't always get them (seems arbitrary) but when I do not, I would be nice to have the ability to print one. I use these for packing slips. Is there some way to resend this email to me, or better yet, an easy way to print one from the back end?

Thanks!

where it only happens sometimes, it sounds like a problem with the SMTP server. Either the SMTP server is not relaying the emails sometimes, or another possibility would be the email is being trapped as spam.

There is not a way to resend the receipt, or a way to print the labels from the admin
