I just set up a new webpage with CMS. I went online and did the set up. I noticed that the dashboard's background is white and unformatted.

your site already had a folder named CSS in capitols before you added power cms

the admin page was looking for the CSS in a folder name d "css"

i made a copy of the css folder and renamed to css with lower case to fix the problem.
