Problem with USPS DefaultIntl calculation..??

I'm using eCart 6. I've got a cart setup with a USPS shipping calculator. When I'm creating the shipping rule I choose Priority Mail for the Service typ, and for Default international, I choose Priority Mail International. I continue with that and everything seems to work fine.

Domestic calculations are working just fine, but for some reason the international calculations are falling to the cheapest option in the USPS response, First Class International Letter, instead of pulling the actual Priority Mail International value.

Any information on why this might be happening and how I can fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
