CSS form builder showing wrong form

I have built 2 seperate forms on 2 different pages. They were both working fine and i was able to edit both forms until today. When i re-entered the form builder interface for one of the forms it displays the wrong form. Both forms are based on Cool Default theme which was not an issue. Any ideas as to why form builder is showing a different form in both the preview pane and when i try and edit the form contents?

I have tried deleting the cache file, config folder but that made no difference.
