"Can you please let me know how to completely uninstall all web assist extensions?"

to completely uninstall extensions, recreate the users configuration folder as outlined in the adobe troubleshooting guide at step 12:
http://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/troubleshoot-javascript-errors-dreamweaver-cs4.html#main_user_config

then open the extension manager, select each extension and remove it, then reinstall.

with data Bridge, there is a new install process. after installing the extension to the extension manager, open DW< and Open a PHP page to start the WebAssist installer.

when the webassist installer completes, restart Dreamweaver.

"but my server validation will still not work."

please provide more details.

Are you getting an error message trying to apply server validations?

or is it being added to the page but not triggering?

"will still not work" is a very vague statement. please provide a description of what is happening when you try to apply server validation versus what you expect to happen.

I created a new user account in windows 7 (new admin account).
All extensions are disabled on the new account by default.

I installed the webassist extensions in the following order:
1. FreeTools108.zxp
2. WADataBridge118.zxp
3. Surveyor108.mxp
4. WebStandards102.mxp
5.ProMapsGoogle107.mxp
6.WA_SiteImport304.mxp
7.WASocial200.mxp

Then I enabled all the other extensions.
All extensions are now working fine in my Dreamweaver CS6
